डॉक्टर 65 साल में रिटायर हो जाएंगे
केंद्र सरकार के तहत, विभिन्न विभागों में काम कर रहे डॉक्टरों और 65 साल की उम्र में सेवानिवृत्त हुए। अब तक विभिन्न विभागों में सेवानिवृत्ति की आयु 60 से 62 साल थी। कैबिनेट की बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया था कि आप 65 साल की उम्र में रिटायर करेंगे।
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जेपी नड्डा के अनुसार, अच्छे डॉक्टरों की उपलब्धता डॉक्टरों की सेवानिवृत्ति की आयु में वृद्धि करके अच्छे डॉक्टरों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करेंगे। लेकिन इन डॉक्टरों को 62 वर्ष की आयु के बाद प्रशासनिक काम से दूर रखा जाएगा। उनका लाभ केवल मरीजों द्वारा उठाया जाएगा, यह निर्णय 1445 डॉक्टर सेवानिवृत्ति तक पहुंच गया है। आयुष विभाग के डॉक्टरों, रक्षा विभाग में काम कर रहे डॉक्टरों, आयुध कारखानों में चिकित्सा सेवा के तहत काम करने वाले डॉक्टर, रेलवे और स्वास्थ्य विभागों में काम करने वाले डॉक्टरों, उच्च और तकनीकी शिक्षा संस्थानों में काम करने वाले डॉक्टरों के साथ काम करने वाले डॉक्टरों इस निर्णय का लाभ नौवहन विभाग के तहत भी उपलब्ध होगा, चिकित्सक अब 65 वर्ष की उम्र में सेवानिवृत्त होगा। अब अब 65 साल की उम्र में सेवानिवृत्त हो सकते हैं।
